Participates in all phases of an audit, performing a large amount of technical work. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and 0-2 years of experience required; CPA license preferred.
Participates in tax planning and tax return preparation for individuals and businesses of all types including intangibles, 1040s, 1065s, and 1120s. All positions gain exposure to a variety. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and 1-5 years of experience a plus; CPA license preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and 3-5 years of experience required; CPA license preferred. 2+ years of experience in fraud examinations/financial forensic engagements and /or with financial due diligence/quality of earnings is required.
CPA with both valuation designation(s) (ASA, ABV, or CBA). 6+ years of direct experience providing these services or commensurate experience including experience in the management of engagements and staff. Experience having provided court testimony is strongly preferred.
