Brett Cooper joins Rivero, Gordimer & Company as Director of Valuation & Advisory Services

It is with great pleasure that we share some exciting news with you.

Brett Cooper (CPA•ABV, ASA•BV/IA, BVAL, CR.FA) has joined Rivero, Gordimer & Company, P.A. as Directory of Valuation & Advisory Services.

Rivero, Gordimer & Company is always striving to provide our clients with more versatile offerings. As such, we are building a first-class Valuation & Advisory Service department that will focus on providing business and intellectual property valuation, litigation support, forensic accounting, and M&A transaction assistance.

For many years, Rene Zarate, a consultant for Rivero, Gordimer & Company, has provided clients with quality business services. Now, with the addition of Brett Cooper, we can expand our business service offerings while continuing to provide our clients with the same level of quality to which they are accustom.

Brett is a CPA (FL) with specialty credentials in business and intangible asset valuation as well as in forensic accounting. He has been practicing in the Bay Area for his 34-year career and has spent the last 18 years solely in the valuation and forensic related arena.

Most recently, Brett ran his sole practice, Valuation & Litigation Solutions. He has practiced with a top 25 regional CPA firm as Director of Valuation and prior to that was a partner of a regional Investment Banking concern.
