Audit Administrative Assistant

RGCO is a large Tampa based full-service CPA firm providing a wide range of services including assurance, tax, and consulting services. We are currently looking for an administrative assistant to join our Audit Team.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with a professional service firm. Job duties will include report preparation: typing, formatting, printing and binding; client communications; assist in event and office coordination; cross train in different departments to assist the administrative professionals as backup; assist the audit department management and shareholder team with other administrative tasks as needed. Proficiency using Microsoft Office suite (Word, excel, outlook, power point) required. The ideal individual will have excellent communication skills, organization skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and changing deadlines. Overtime hours will be required during peak periods.

Position is full-time, and located in downtown Tampa with a hybrid work schedule available once working independently. Parking paid by the firm, 401K, bonuses, health insurance provided by the firm, dental and vision insurance available, paid time off.
