RGCO provides valuation and advisory services to business throughout the Tampa Bay Area and beyond. Valuation services are provided for businesses, business interests, derivatives, and intangible assets for litigation support (predominately commercial with some family law), tax compliance and planning, GAAP fair value, and M&A purposes. RGCO also provides services in the areas of transaction advisory (due diligence/quality of earnings, transaction planning and execution), financial forensic investigation, economic damage determination, fairness and solvency opinions, and reasonable compensation analysis.
CPA with financial forensic designations (CFE, CFF, CRFAC) or actively working towards CPA licensure and/or forensic designations. 2+ years of experience in fraud examinations/financial forensic engagements and /or with financial due diligence/quality of earnings is required. Experience in the management of engagements and people is a plus.
This position requires the successful candidate to be located in the Tampa, FL area. Salary commensurate with experience.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- CPA certification preferred.

- Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally.
